I offer a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about whatever you may be facing. At times, life can feel overwhelming, and you do not have to carry everything on your own. I support clients experiencing anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, stress, self-esteem challenges, and other personal concerns, always working at a pace that feels comfortable and right for you. My aim is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, combining Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), and Attachment Theory to help foster self-awareness, emotional understanding, and meaningful, lasting change. I have experience working with clients in a variety of settings, including universities, corporate environments, and community organisations, supporting individuals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
I also offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can connect, talk about what brings you to therapy, and see whether we feel like a good fit to work together.
