I am a Clinical Psychologist with experience working in a variety of clinical settings. I currently offer online therapy for adults dealing with emotional and psychological concerns. Before starting my private practice, I worked at Devotion Rehab Centre, Bahria Town, where I provided individual and group therapy for substance use and co-occurring disorders, along with family counseling and psychoeducation.
I also worked at the Institute of Psychiatry, Benazir Bhutto Hospital, where I worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, psychosis, and bipolar disorder, and supported their families through psychoeducation. My previous experience at the Well-Being Centre, Bahria University involved working with university students facing self-esteem, relationship, and adjustment issues. I have also worked with children with neurodevelopmental concerns and their families at Ghaliyas Montessori House for Autism.
Across all these settings, I have developed a deep understanding of how people experience and express their difficulties. I now provide therapy for adults dealing with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, borderline personality features, self-esteem, relationship challenges, adjustment concerns, substance use problems. My focus is on offering a compassionate, collaborative space to explore your experiences and work toward meaningful change.
