My approach is client-centered and collaborative, focused on creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and understood.
I have experience providing psychological assessments at a mental well-being camp at UCP and have actively participated in multiple mental health camps in collaboration with Right Path Drug Rehab and Psychological Center. These experiences have strengthened my ability to work with diverse populations in both clinical and community settings.
I have also attended various workshops over time on CBT, trauma, identity exploration, and therapeutic practices, which inform my evidence-based approach. I focus on helping clients develop insight, emotional regulation, and practical coping strategies to support meaningful change.
